I like this in part. 1. Let's make it dark brown, exepct for the pencil's edge showing the cirle rings. I still may want the better back there, but need to talk to my daughter. 2. The stringy brown below does not work and is not needed. 3. The sun is a very nice touch, but too big (maybe by 1/3). Think tight and consice logo. 4.I think the big cloud is the only one that is needed. The smaller two are distracting. Not sure about the beetle gang yet. Still, you have taken what was good and bumped the bar higher.
