SpenceSterloff Contest Holder

Hello creatives!

Thank you for your work on our behalf. The submissions posted to date have helped us identify more of what are / are not looking for. Our chosen preferences may be yielding suggestions that are too far on the sterile side, with limited creative flare.

We want:

- A unique, customized graphic element created by a graphic artist that we can pull out and use on all our communications, favicons, etc.

- We especially like the submissions that incorporate the element of light. Particularly the ones that are stylized to look like an array or beams of light, or sunshine being radiated. The yellow/gold coloring looks good for this.

- We like the use of navy and yellow-gold.

- In addition to navy and yellow-gold, we welcome ideas that incorporate pops of color.

- Sophisticated creative flare.

We don't like:

- Use of "SLG". We don't want the company acronym to be part of our logo.

- Anything that looks like clip art or is used frequently by other companies. (If we can search the internet for 'spotlight' or 'leadership' and find the same image, we're not interested). Nothing that could look like we made it ourselves using something like Canva.

- Nothing cartoon-like.
