Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a leadership development coaching and consultancy. We offer business and leadership coaching, conferences, online courses, public speaking, thought leadership (blogs, articles, podcast guests, etc.). 

Our focus is on ambitious leadership professionals who are looking to decode the unwritten rules to career advancement and discover the tools they need to be effective leaders as they level up, including breaking through limiting beliefs, getting clear on their career goals and establishing an action plan to get there. 

The design should have the following

We are looking for a logo that includes design elements that reflect our name in addition to typography that is clear and crisp. Our brand should reflect the following characteristics: ambitious, confident, high-end, inspiring, vibrant, and professional. 

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

Not script font (handwriting style). Nothing that looks like clip art.
