Hi Jenny is it possible that I can ask about the 1 star ratings. There's a lot of them throughout the contest, and some of them are on good designs. I'm confused, does it mean that you don't like the logos at all? I've withdrawn mine because as a designer it affects our ratings and we've put a lot of time and effort into them. Thank you

Hi there. We did not realize it would affect designers. We have a team going through and using stars and hearts as a way to communicate and flag designs. The one star ratings are the ones that aren't quite it, but we need Jenny (I'm an assistant... Candi) to look at them before determining elimination. I apologize.

Hi Candi Thanks for clarification. Each designer has an overall rating out 5 and it shows on their profile. I've never received so many 1 stars before so it could affect my overall rating. Please don't apologise, I was just concerned that you thought our designs were not up to standard. Thank you
