Not quite what I was looking for. Let me try to be a bit more descriptive. Basically I want the T to look like it is carved out of the blue circle. So keep the black background behind the T and take out the blue to the right of the T. Furthermore lets go back to the font from your first design with Total Recruiting on top with Resources centered underneath. Maake the word total start symetrically to the right of the T in the logo making it look like an extension of the logo. Lastly, let me see one with the orange and blue writing and a second one with blue writing and the resources be in Yellow. I hope this all makes sense and I'm not being too high maintenance. Thanks
