Up to designers discretion. One thing to consider: My slogan is \"See the best & skip the rest!\" Although I do not want my slogan inserted directly into the design this is the image I want to portray.

Layout is at the designers discretion. My only request is that either the words \"Top Austin Apartments\" all have the same weight/emphasis OR the word \"Top\" has slightly more weight/emphasis than \"Austin Apartments\". I do not want the logo to read \"Top Austin\", \"Apartments\"
