I submitted the icon for vote tonight and it tied for third place. But then there was a bunch of discussion and the result was that they wanted me to go back to several of the designers (and you were one of them) to see if you can incorporate the gold ribbon (for childhood cancer) into the design. I think they really like the design but a few of them said it made them sad. Perhaps it is the coloring. They said it reminds them of an autumn tree. Maybe if the green was a happier green? Someone said that the gold ribbon does not need to be in the tree image, it can go somewhere else. (I especially don't want the gold ribbon around the tree... "tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree....).
They really loved the way you have MORE and "than a cure" in the same color.
I realize that these changes may end up resulting in more than two colors in the design.
