Describe your company and organization and target audience

The logo and name must be clean. Think of the simplicity of Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Gowalla, Yelp, etc. The logo "must" be unique and not a copy of any other companies logos, especially that of a tech company.

The design should have the following

Two ways to go about this; a logo with the name off to the side, or just the name with the logo incorporated in the name (but that can be removed as a stand alone icon)
