We have come to the unfortunate realization that an actual depiction of the sheep is not going to be acceptable. We encourage you to try something that does not involve the sheep directly, per se. Please review description and not include an actual sheep in the logo. Thanks.

Sorry if it was not clear in the design brief, but we do not want an actual sheep in the logo. We also do NOT want something funny or humorous looking. Please take a look at these photos which represent our company http://www.bluesheeptravel.com/ba_787855/. Thanks!

looking for a very simple, elegant design - the version by Rutledge Concepts most recently is looking good.

Hi All, We greatly appreciate all of your submissions and the logo ideas here have focused to what we are looking for. The logos that will work best for our company and we are seriously considering with modifications are by cdkessler (70090), maadezine (69976), and Rutledge Concepts (69573). We have made individual comments to each of the designers. The colors that seem to work are teals, or earth tones (reds, yellows, browns). It really appears that a company named BlueSheep should have some sort of blueish colors in there somewhere. We have added our old insignia to the website for everyone's reference. http://www.bluesheeptravel.com/ba_787855/ It is a Chinese chop. Thanks everyone, again, for all your hard work.

Thanks, Tim. I agree with you, but I would ask that you put yourself in our shoes for a minute. Imagine being a small company ready to pay for a service from a bunch of providers YOU DON'T KNOW, and have no examples of their prior work. Without having any idea what quality of work you will receive, how can you make a determination that you should pay? When I go to an established designers website and see their prior work, you at least have an idea of what they can do, their style, etc. Then you feel comfortable in hiring them to do a job because you trust them. With a contest like this I have no "bar" to set the level of quality that you need. Take a look at some of the logo's produced in this contest. Would you pay good money for any of the designs produced? If they were all of pretty low quality, would you appreciate being forced to pay for one? The beauty of a contest is that it allows the top quality to come to the surface - like an RFP - so that everyone can shows their best work and get paid for it. If you don't want to be part of the contest, and furthermore if you don't want to win...then don't participate. Its your choice. Thanks.

I hate to point this out, but I have to. Rutledge Concepts entry (69573) may have a piece of this: http://static-p3.fotolia.com/jpg/00/13/63/92/400_F_13639294_JCRzvrX31F9BXSp0SVU7QqdbiWMC6yvG.jpg

thank you everyone for all your great work and input. Sorry I have not given feedback recently, as I have been traveling. We will be making a decision soon and getting in touch with individual designers. Thanks again!

@chaka42 well there is a resembles to both but if u look mine is different.i only got two story and the other has twice the amount of windows.plus there is not two many ways u can design a Chinese house.also if u look at all the other design u can find parts of them the looks close to other design.for instance the people who use the Bharal image.plus i have ran across images that looks close to urs but u don't c me posting it. u have all rights to but i choose not to go that route.
