Describe your company and organization and target audience
We sell rural vacant, mostly residential land. Our target market is looking for privacy and either a place to retire to or a place to escape to.
The design should have the following
Mountains, Pine Trees, Earthy Colors, and match the attached logo. The home page should have designs for slides of properties at the top, followed by a survey (for users to share details of the property they're looking for), followed by search functionality, individual properties and general areas properties are available in. We'll also need at least one contact form on each page as well as maps. For the property detail page we'll need a large area for pictures, highlighted property details, a description and more detailed facts about property. The property detail page should also have a survey for users to share details of what they're looking for and contact form. Last but not least, similar properties should also be included on the property listing page. The winning design will include an excellent "Contact Us" page! Every page should have an opt-in offering users to be notified when new properties become available.
