Describe your company and organization and target audience

I have a small Social Media consulting company. I help businesses (hotels, restaurants, bakeries, etc) and non-profits (music related, food co-op, independent school) understand how brand awareness can translate into trial and then loyalty. Target audience is small business (travel, food & beverage) and non-profits.

The design should have the following

Clean design. User friendly. Sophisticated, but simple.Here are two simple sites that I like www.thedrybar.com and simoudis.com. <br /><br /> I want a home page with four tabs:<br /> 1) Social Media Content Strategy<br /> 2) Sevices<br /> 3) Profile<br /> 4) Contact<br /> <br /><br /> Also need Facebook, Twitter Pinterest and Google+ icons. I also would like one click through example of a page. <br><br> <strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> This banner is for a wordpress theme, it needs to be <strong>940x188</strong> pixels in dimension. Any entries not this size will not be able to be considered. Final delivery needs to be in PSD, JPG and GIF.
