Describe your company and organization and target audience

<p>The winner of this contest will be eligible for a contract to implement the web page and future maintenance.</p><p>Etica ID is a company that will provide Infectious Disease Telemedicine Consulting Services. The 3 initial services are</p><p>1.) Outpatient telemedicine services where patients can attend consulations form their home</p><p>2.) Inpatient telemedicine sevices where patients can attend via the hospital room.</p><p>3.) Anti-microbial stewardship - A consultant will oversee operation of a ASP in a hospital to ensure goals are being achieved.</p><p>I put together a mockup which I attached to the contest. I have not desire for the winning design to look anything like my mock-up.</p><p><br></p>

The design should have the following

<p>Basic requirements of first rev of web site:<br>1.) name/<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">logo should be shown</span></p><p>2.) Services should be detailed</p><p>3.) An "our team" section should present with at least two team members.</p><p>4.) A contact for should be present to allow for potential clients to establish contact</p><p>5.) First rev of the website can be as simple as one static web page.</p><p>6.) Logo may be altered or tweaked including colors and font</p>
