I really like this layout for several reasons. The top of the page looks great. Maybe incorporate the thick red 360 arrow in the first picture. I like that you can click left and right to see other pictures. The use of the red arrow in the fire training area is great. The arrow was changed up and is eye catching. I am not a huge fan of the icons there, but it works. The featured video should just be one video with a link that would lead to all the institutional knowledge videos. The “fire news” section is perfect! There are some elements of other entries that I like as well. Please look at those and my comments for consideration. Nice work so far.
