Describe your company and organization and target audience

360 Fire Training target audience is everyone who would like to be trained in fire service-related topics by the best educators in the industry. This site is primarily an online standardized fire training website that utilizes high quality videos to provide training on a full suite of topics. The site seeks professional firefighters to upload short training videos which are stored in an easily searchable format. 360 Fire Training then develops high quality standardized videos by engaging the top professionals in the industry to deliver the training through our high-tech filming and editing crews. Each element of training has a corresponding testing process to nationally certify trainees. Hands on courses are available around the country once all prerequisites are completed.

The design should have the following

The company logo should be on the site. The company mission "Saving Firefighters while saving lives" should also be seen. The fact that this is a "Firefighter Training" site should be clear. The large red "360" arrow from the logo is something that we believe should be a theme that connects the various elements of the site, but we could be convinced otherwise. The home page should include buttons for: "Login/Sign Up," "Institutional Knowledge," "Fire Training," "Featured Video," "Institutional Evaluators," "Peer Support," "Hydration," "Fire News," and "About Us." Because the videos are extremely high quality, all images should be high quality fire service-related pictures without the use of cartoonish type drawings.
