Buying and owning a used car can often be a difficult, frustrating, and stressful experience. From pushy salespeople pressuring you to buy to not knowing if you are being offered a fair deal, and what will you do if the car has issues?
MotorCo is a used car business aiming to change that. Located in Auckland, New Zealand, we have three branches and sell more than 200 cars a month to satisfied customers. Our customers often comment on how easy it was to buy from us.
Here are a few things we do to make buying and owning a car from us easy:
1) Quality assurance/Quality without compromise
We hand-pick all our vehicles from dealer only auctions in Japan, which go through our own compliance centre and vehicle detailing team.
2) No pressure-selling
We don't believe in pressure selling. Buying a car is a big decision, and you deserve to take time. Have a look around our yard. Our sales consultants will help you choose, but you tell us when you are ready to make a decision
3) Financing/Loans
When you apply through us once, we can go through all major finance institutions and lenders to make sure you get the financing you need. We will happily match the rates of any other financing you have been approved for, so you can rest assured you are getting the best deal.
4) One stop shop for all your needs
Lose a key? Need a repair? Service? Want to fix a dent? We have all those covered and more. We have our own in-house workshop, and will be your one-stop shop if you need anything. We will always be here for our customers.
5) Complimentary 12 month roadside assistance
We want to ensure our customers are taken care of if you have an emergency or can't wait until our offices open, so all our cars come with a FREE 12 month roadside assistance coverage.
