Describe your company and organization and target audience

We compete in dock jumping/diving with our dog Staley. Mainly with the organization Ultimate Air Dogs but also other organizations sometimes. Our team name is Staley Da Chessie Bear. Staley is named after the Chicago Bears Mascot and he is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. If you don't know what dock jumping/diving is just do a search on YouTube.

The design should have the following

The Chicago Bears colors, possibly the font and aspects of the sport of dock jumping/diving and football.

We want a shirt design for our dock jumping/diving team - Team Staley Da Chessie Bear. We would like to do sublimation. So it can be moisture wicking
