The design should have the following

The shield should be a microelectronic chip with the TAP Engineering logo on the front. The shield should be in the USA flag colors. &nbsp;It should be immediately clear to everyone that the shield represents the American Flag. It should also be clear after a brief study by anyone with a technical/engineering background that the Eagle is constructed from electronic circuit/component elements (i.e. circuit traces, components/chips). The preferred design will be a simple, clean, clever merging of the two concepts. The Eagle should be white. It will be printed on a navy blue t-shirt. </span><br> <br> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">A reference idea image and our logo is included. <br> <br> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The primary use for this design will be screen printing on a Navy Blue t-shirt, however we plan to use it on other forms of promotional/marketing materials as well. <br> <br> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">With the winning design, we would need the following versions:</span><br> <br> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">1A &amp; B - Color Version w/ the shield in Traditional USA Red, White &amp; Blue Colors on a white, navy blue, black, and transparent background. &nbsp;<br> <br> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">2A &amp; B – All white version on a navy blue, black and transparent background.</span></span></span></span></span>
