Here is what I need created

We are an union IBEW powerline contractor that participates in our local Labor Day parade every year in Paducah, KY. We are looking for a logo for the front pocket of a shirt and it will be on the back as well. Maybe also with a slogan or wording incorporating the Labor Day parade as well. I attached our logo and the company name is AC Alsup and Brothers, of course would like to have that in there. I like a clean crisp design, not too busy but not too basic. Needs to focus mostly on our company name, not say “IBEW” that makes it look like a tshirt design for the union hall
