Describe your company and organization and target audience

<p>We are a country music cover band that also plays a little bit of rock. I'm not sure of a tagline yet but it might be along the lines of mentioning both genres of country and rock in a creative way.</p><p>The overall logo look is a clean, classic country look.</p><p>Our target audience is mostly country music fans who enjoy country music from years ago and today. </p><p>They also enjoy some classic rock songs. </p><p>Their ages range from 5-75!</p><p><br></p>

The design should have the following

<p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">I've attached a photo of a silver feather pendant for a few reasons. I would love to use a feather idea like that as the apostrophe in Ma'am. The feather might look better if curved a bit, not sure, we'll see.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> Also, I love the scroll-and-leaf that's on the bottom of the feather. I'm open to all the letters in Yes Ma'am looking like that, in silver with the scroll-and-leaf.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> I'm also open to looking at Yes Ma'am in all capitals. It would be nice to compare to the traditional spelling.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> I also love the whole Native American theme. That could somehow be incorporated overall as well.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">I like the Emblem/Label style the best out of those choices. It's possible to use that design for a silver belt buckle look, maybe with Yes Ma'am on the buckle. Not sure if this is too "Twangy" but it's </span>worth<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">&nbsp;looking at.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">Another idea would be a </span>silhouette of a cowboy tipping his hat like a traditional gentlemanly cowboy would, as if saying Yes Ma'am to a lady at a local saloon. Actually, maybe the cowboy tipping the hat could be the apostrophe, just a thought. I think I like the feather idea better but just wanted to put it out there!<br></p><p>I'm not sure yet which fonts I like, I'd have to see a few choices. I'm thinking of the fonts that look like and old country sign or maybe a Wanted Ad for a bad guy years ago, would be best.<br></p><p>Also, I plan on trademarking the logo, so is it possible to incorporate the "Tm" somehow?</p><p>In a nutshell, the logo should be clean, crisp and instantly recognizable without clutter or fluff.</p>

Colors to use in the design

<p>I'm thinking of using silver for sure. I like that classic country look of anything silver like a bracelet or belt buckle etc. </p><p>Maybe combined with an ox-blood red or navy blue. Brown is also a possibility given the country; old school feel of things.</p><p>Please see above regarding logo ideas and the use of the feather photo I've attached.</p><p><br></p>
