We combine licensed inspection expertise with practical project management experience to give homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate investors a clearer, more confident understanding of a property's condition and what it will take to maintain or improve it.</p> <p data-start="567" data-end="967">Rather than just pointing out problems, Project Worx focuses on <strong data-start="631" data-end="666">what the findings actually mean</strong> in terms of safety, cost, timeline, and long-term value. Our inspections include detailed assessments, photos and reports that are easy to understand, and realistic next-step recommendations. We speak both <strong data-start="873" data-end="906">“contractor” and “homeowner,”</strong> translating technical property issues into actionable plans.</p><p data-start="567" data-end="967">Our target audience is with first-time home buyers, families looking to purchase a home, real estate investors, sellers preparing to list, and real estate agents.</p> <p data-start="969" data-end="1172"></p>

I currently have a logo that focuses on both home inspection and construction (i.e., Project Services). With the current market, I am revising my logo and transitioning my business to ONLY home inspections. I would like to differentiate my company from other home inspection companies in the region. That being said, a lot of home inspection companies use "homes", "magnifying glasses", "check marks", etc. in their logos. I would like to differentiate my company from your "standard" designs.&nbsp;<br>
