We are a fast food chain specialized in the Hawaiian Poke Bowls.<br /> We offer the healthiest and freshest Poke food bowl because we produce it on time, in front of our customers eyes. We start the production vey after the costumer order in an open kitchen in front of him! (Like the subway sandwiches). The costumer can choose for a suggested Poke Bowl or he can customize it. To create a Poke Bowl clients have to choose their ingredients from 4 main categories. It&rsquo;s very easy: <br /> 1. choose the base (rice, green salad, quinoa or cocumber).<br /> 2. Add you favorite raw fish (thun, salmon, white fish, or mixed).<br /> 3. Choose your toppings (onions, edamames, olives, avocado, etc.)<br /> 4. Finalize it with your favorite sauce (Classic Japanese; Hawaiian hot Pepper; Onolulu lemon)<br /> <br /> Our mission is to offer the freshest Hawaiian Poke bowl possible, produced only with healthy ingredients, in an amazing and cool ambience. Our customers must be delighted not only with our food but they will be transported to Hawaiii during their take a way experience. We are a fast food with a clear identity: Hawaiian, tropical, beach, beautifull girls, sports, sun, hot, cool! <br /> <br /> Our vision is to be the first Hawaiian Poke food chain in Europe. <br /> We will place our first store in Geneva, Switzerland, a very international city, where people are opened to fusion and international food and can afford it. Geneva has 60% of middle class habitants. They are constantly looking for new food places. Geneva habitants, expats and tourists look for cool and diverse food. They are take a way addicted as they love to buy food and come back to their work tables or bring something to eat to their homes after work.

The design should have the following

Orange, black and white.<br /> I would like to base the logo in the Brazilian-Japanese fast food chain Koni Store (www.konistore.com.br).<br /> <br /> The logo should inspire / touch the trendy Japanese food. Should suggest the bowl where our Poke is produced and delivered! And of course should be cool, as Hawaii is!
