Yes, I can certainly add the tagline to the logo and provide versions with the cow on the top.

I debating between you and one other design and I want to pick one tomorrow...just want to make sure that you can add the tagline and I was wondering if you can also send me the file where the cow is on top...basically the same design but with the cow moved on top...

I will be happy to add the tagline to this logo, however the website doesn't allow designers to upload concepts any more once the contest is over. If selected as the winner I will add the tagline to the final files I send.
