I am writing a book about exercises, or Workouts for Seniors.   I have identified some of the exercises as "“FIT-FUN"” which stands for  “Fitness Fun - That You Can Fit In".

These are simple exercises or stretches that a senior can "fit in" while they go about their normal daily activities.  

For example, the Heel Raise  exercise can be done while they are cooking or working in the garage.  The  Wall Press exercise can be done during a work break, or while you are waiting for something to come out of the oven.   Some exercises for their hands, feet and legs can be done while watching TV.   These are simple ways for seniors to fit more exercises into their day that are easy and fun.    

I want a small logo or emblem that represents these type of exercises.   I will add this logo to the top of each page in the exercise book where the exercise is a FIT-FUN exercise. 

The design should have the following

I don't have a design ideas, other than possibly a round circle or triangle or other shaped icon.   The icon will be printed in both black and while and color, so the colors must show equally well in black and white.   The theme of the book is positive, upbeat, energetic and is intended to help motivate seniors to start an exercise program.   The icon must be sized so that it can be included as the beginning or end of the name of the exercise.    

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I will leave this up to the designer.

Briefly describe your contest

I am writing a book about Exercises and Workouts for Seniors (age 60-80's) . Some of the exercises have been identified as "“FIT-FUN"” which stands for “Fitness Fun", which means "Fitness That You Can Fit In". I am looking for a logo that will identify these exercises in the book. I will use the "FIT-FUN" identifier in follow-on books and materials.
