Thanks we look forward to seeing your changes, everyone really liked your design. I prefer to let designers be creative but when I hear specific comments from people looking at the designs I like to pass them along. We can't wait to see your changes.

We ranked this a 5 because it was well regarded by most the team. We do have a few suggestions: font should be a bit more rigid and less rounded. Some of the fonts used by other designers would look better. We also think that making "out" and "work" different colors might work better. Last suggestion we thought the graphic perspective looked a bit stretched near the top left corner, it may just be the small picture we have on this end. If you could let us see it on a white background that would be helpful. Hey great job this was quite good!

So I added a little perspective and bevel to the icon; and enhanced the overall design with a glossy look, what do you think about it now?
