Describe your company and organization and target audience
After many years in hospitality and cafe ownership, I have now branched out into roasting coffee beans. My target audience are small independant cafes and individuals wanting a boutique, gourmet blend. The name Wise Rascal represents who I am. A bit cheeky and out of the norm but stable and smart. I want a logo that is text heavy but with a small emblem, I do not like the traditional 'coffee' themes, or those usually associated with wise ( eg. an owl.

The name Wise Rascal represents who I am. A bit cheeky and out of the norm but stable and smart. I want a logo that is text heavy but with a small emblem, I do not like the traditional 'coffee' themes, or those usually associated with wise (eg. an owl). The logo with be used primarily for product labels so needs to have room for batch name eg Grata or Roadtrip, it will also need to have the gram size 250g, or 500g, or 1 kilo so will need to be editable.
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
This design should not have this in the entries
I am trying to steer away from the coffee type themes.
What style of logo would you like?
Colors to use in the design
Initially the logo will be used for the label to stick on the coffee bags. The bags will be black at first so the label needs to be seen on that. I would like the logo to also be able to be made into a stamp to stamp onto brown paper bags. I like simple not too colourful, I do like olive green and coffee brown combinations, but I am really not sure.
Briefly describe your contest
I need a logo that will go across all print and web avenues. I am just starting out with this so it is a work in progress. Initially, I need the logo to be a sticker to label the coffee beans.
