Company or website name

Wiregrass DPF Cleaning & Recore

Describe your company and organization and target audience

We clean DPF/DOC/SCR (diesel particulate filters, Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, Selective Catalytic Reduction) or recore the ones that will not clean.  Our target is anyone with a diesel truck or equipment that runs on diesel such as tractors and construction equipment.  Our biggest target would be large fleets of commercial trucks and the next target would be repair shops that work on these trucks.  We are an official "Recore center"  through recorecenters.com.  We also supply small parts to go with the DPFs such as clamps, gaskets and bungs.

The design should have the following

I would love to have a main logo and then an Icon to use on smaller items.  I'm not stuck on anything particular, be creative and use your ideas and research.  If you look at the logo on recorecenters.com it is of a DPF filter from the open end.  That's an idea.  There are a ton of cool looking DPF's SCR's and DOC's out there or even the DPF with pipe extension or something.  You could search any of the key words (diesel particulate filters, Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, Selective Catalytic Reduction) and come up with ideas.  Here is another link that explains what these components are and what they do. https://www.dieselhub.com/tech/diesel-emissions.html

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
  • Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
  • Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

I'm not a fan of the leaf. Some other companies us a leaf in their logos to show clean green, environmentally friendly.

No smoke or "rolling coal" images

No mufflers or images of exhaust from a gas vehicle.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I like the idea of an industrial look with different shades of greys, silvers, blacks or even carbon fiber look and then a contrasting color of maybe blue. Willing to look at another contrasting color but not orange.
