I work for a real estate development company that specializes in high-end subdivisions that are typically located in the mountains or on lakes.  Our projects are usually somewhat rustic but very classy.  Our target audience is mostly educated and affluent people that can afford a vacation home.

The design should have the following

<p>I'm open to any and all suggestions, but the design should portray what we're selling. Natural setting, rustic but classy, and often understated.&nbsp; Can be clever and creative.</p><p>LL Bean, Orvis, Filson are all logos that are similar to what i'm looking for.&nbsp;</p>

Colors to use in the design

browns, grays, whites, and possibly gold.&nbsp; would also consider forest green, navy blue, maroon, burnt orange....stuff like that.&nbsp;
