Describe your company and organization and target audience

My team is called the "Whole Tree Team". We are a group of Agile Delivery Leaders who provide project, process, and teambuilding support to a group of engineering teams that build technology products for a large financial services organization. Our Vision is "We transform lives" because our group believes we are able to have a significant impact on the organization's ability to get work done while also creating a culture of fun and connectivity.

The design should have the following

We want our logo to be a tree similar to the ones provided as attachments with the following criteria: 1. We do not want a border around it. By having "no boundaries", it will signify limitless growth for our team. 2. We want to have multi-colored leaves to represent our teams commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. 3. We want the trunk of the tree to appear strong and stable to show we are strong and stable as a team. 4. We want a large root system to show our work is deeply rooted in our organization's values and our expertise. 5. We would like the logo to include "Whole Tree Team" rounded at the bottom to reflect our team's intention to be well-rounded as individuals (including proper work/life balance). We want to make sure the design is something that can be rendered properly on stickers, t-shirts, and other swag.
