Vinyards Terrace is a development of Condominiums located in Branson, Missouri. It will be used in all the marketing, signs, website, etc.

The design should have the following

Please include some kind of graphic/symbol representation of the condo buildings (see attachment) AND also perhaps some trees. The development is near a body of water too (Table Rock Lake), so maybe water too? See location here: https://goo.gl/maps/BewUSDVicrJWSYzZ8 When you present each logo concept, please present: 1. A vertical version where the symbol is above the words, centered, AND 2. A horizontal version where the symbol is to the left of the words.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

Please don't use clipart or other borrowed/stolen graphics. I've had that done several times before on different logo contest sites. Please be creative.
