Describe your company and organization and target audience

This would be an area that the whole community would be invited to. It will have bars, food, and other vendors. It will also include rental spaces and a playground as well as a kids pump track. It's right next to a river that runs through town. And in a district called The LumberYard. It would be an outdoor facility, with all vendor spaces that you could walk up to. It's also located in area that values natural and eco friendly practices and we're surrounded by MANY national forests.
