Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a country cafe/restaurant/bar and gift shop located in a small country town of St Albans in NSW, Australia near Sydney. We are the only cafe in the town and want to appeal/stand out to tourists. The only other food establishment in town is a very old heritage pub, so something more modern looking would help to differentiate. We focus on friendly service and local/regional produce as well as our own range of pickles. The site was previously called The Fickle Wombat, which is where the name came from.

The design should have the following

Open to different ideas, but I was thinking about an outline of a cute wombat that could be used by itself on t-shirts/uniforms and on signage. The logo does not necessarily need to include the location (St Albans) but can if that would work within the design. I prefer the shape of a wombat (much-loved local wild animal) that has its head held high rather than down. Some kind of visual reference to what we do - drinks, food, pickles/pickling, social/family gatherings would be great.

Natural /earthy tones rather than bright colours (green, grey etc) - and the ability to use in B&W.
