Definitely like this concept a lot. I like that the tree has some detail but not a crazy amount that it’s over bearing. Definitely like that the branch is over house (that’s a common scenario) and it’s a bit extreme but hits the point home. It’s straight forward as to what the arborist is cutting. I do like the company name in the house and slogan below (maybe the slogan text size could be increased slightly). I like both the the green background with black text and black background with green text (can get rid of black and white).

To tweak it…maybe a little more detail of the house with windows and more pronounced chimney or something. Id back the chainsaw up a bit because it looks like the main body of chainsaw is in the branch rather than just the chain/blade. Maybe have a concept with a branch cut off but is tied off via rigging. From a customers perspective in the moment it seems like the arborist is going to let the branch fall right on the house.
