The Fizzy Cow is a new Ice Cream & Soda shop that is opening this year in Idaho. It is a shipping container that has been renovated into an Ice Cream & Soda shop. It is located at a Food Truck Park so the venue is an entirely outdoor location next to the Boise River and the Boise River Greenbelt. The Fizzy Cow name is to represent the menu of craft sodas (fizzy) and the ice cream menu (cow). Our menu has a wide variety of options. People can create their own soda beverage mixing multiple flavors and adding candy and/or cream! We also offer ice cream by the cup or served in waffle cones. We make the waffle cones fresh in-house. We also serve a variety of milkshakes and have a lot of fun toppings that people can add to their ice cream creations. Our target audience is a younger crowd, targeting kids and teenagers. We also target anyone who has a sweet tooth and enjoy fun craft drinks.
