The target market is successful commercial real estate companies, tax professionals, accountants, attorneys, bankers, mortgage lenders, etc.   I'd love a logo that has a modern look but is so professional looking that the company seems to be 100 years old.  

The design should have the following

Extremely professional and modern look. I'd like to see either a graphic for "Superior" then "1031 Exchange, LLC" underneath or a graphic for it all together "Superior 1031 Exchange, LLC".   I would prefer not to see a graphic for "Superior 1031" together.
