Colors to use in the design

I'm pretty open - nothing too bright - definitely not neon - but also not super boring... something that would resonate with construction contractors... who are mostly males in their 40s, and architectural firms which may be more diverse. Soon we will have women-owned business certification, which should be really important in our bidding process... not sure how that might be incorporated or if we just add that in addition to the logo<br>
