<p>Savor Southern Oregon is the Rogue Valley's premier wine event. In it's inaugural year, the 2 day event will feature the region's best wineries, interactive educational courses and winemaker dinners leading up to the grand celebration of winemaking in the Rogue Valley.&nbsp;</p><p>The goal of the event is to drive outside visitation to the area and increase awareness of the Rogue Valley Wine Region.</p><p>The event will take place June 13 and 14, 2025 at Bigham Knoll Campus in Jacksonville, Oregon. This is an outdoor venue.</p><div><b>What is the target market?</b></div><ul><li>Sophisticated leisure travelers</li><li>Higher Income level with disposable income</li><li>Curious Wine Drinkers</li><li>Wine knowledgeable</li><li>Local and out of area</li><li>21+</li><li>Needs to appeal to a broad range of archetypes</li><li>Millennials and Boomers</li><li>Approachable</li></ul><p><b>About the Rogue Valley</b></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">The Rogue Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA) is the southernmost winegrowing region in Oregon, stretching from the foothills of the Siskiyou Mountains north to the Rogue River. Winemaking in the area dates back to the 1840s when early gold rush settlers began growing grapes. Oregon’s first official winery was founded just outside of Medford in 1873.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><br></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">Known for its breathtaking landscapes and artisanal wineries, the Rogue Valley produces over 70 wine varietals, thanks to its Mediterranean climate, which offers ideal growing conditions. This picturesque region has gained recognition for its high-quality wines, elevating Southern Oregon’s status as a premier wine destination.</p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><br></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">With more than 85 tasting rooms easily accessible from the city center, visitors can immerse themselves in the region's history and enjoy its warm hospitality. Local wineries continue to evolve their offerings, adding live music, locally inspired cuisine, and immersive experiences for both wine aficionados and casual guests. The relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere provides the perfect opportunity to sip, savor, and explore all that the Rogue Valley has to offer.</p><div><br></div>
