Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a non-profit organization that primarily focuses on doing sports leagues for youth that are in group homes, foster care system, other non-profit organizations, and youth with learning disabilities. We also want to be able to teach life skills, provide counseling services, and educational services. Also, transportation! We have a sister organization by the name of "Rising Sun Athletic League" to get a better idea of the type of logo we desire. 

The design should have the following

We would like black in the outer parts of the design, the inner to be meshed with less black and more purple and the center with a small tint of green. We would like the rising phoenix intertwined with a beautiful humming bird some how.

would like it to be a Phoenix rising wrapped over the beautiful hummingbird. We want the colors and both symbols to stand out and have deep meaning!
