Riptide Classic 4X4 is a vintage auto restoration business. Our goal is to take classic vehicles like jeep CJ's, International Scouts, Ford Broncos and other old trucks and restore them with modern technology. We are looking for individuals that enjoy getting outside, driving on the beach, camping, surfing and those that want the reliability of a modern engine but in a classic four-wheel-drive.

The design should have the following

Take a look at the "Anything Scout" and "New Legend 4 x 4" websites. This is the look we are after. A simple design, something that conveys professionalism with a classic look. I would like to incorporate the fact that we are located at the beach, so a wave of some kind in the logo in conjunction with an outline of an international scout 2, or maybe the front grill of the scout 2 as that is an iconic front end. I like how Anything Scout uses a logo icon in conjunction with their name. It would be great to be able to have a small icon that we could use as a symbol of our brand to incorporate on a customer's dash or steering wheel button without using the entire name of the business. Lastly, we are still up in the air as to use "riptide classic 4 x 4" or "riptide classic" or riptide vintage 4 x 4" or some combination of them as name, so as you are working through the logo and have a preference as to what sounds better or looks better, we are open to any of those combinations.

I do not want anything that is too cartoonish or juvenile. They should be professional, very classic, but nothing too modern.
