We are a 24/7, live virtual receptionist company that answers phones, follows up on calls, books appointments, confirms appointments, etc. Our focus is small business owners who want a live human answering their phone without the added cost of hiring additional staff. Typical clients are lawyers, accountants, tradesmen, PR firms, doctors, dentists, etc. Note Riant means cheerful or mirthful in English.
