This company sells a continuing education product to lawyers, for those lawyers to present to financial professionals, in order to build a relationship with the financial professionals, in hopes of recieving referrals from the financial advisors.  

The design should have the following

The obvious would be some variation of a mountain to play on the "avalanche" that is also representative of an upward graph representing the increased referrals, but I am open to other ideas as well. It needs to be professional since the audience is lawyers.
