We buy investment properties and rent to families. Target audience is anyone interested in renting a home.

The design should have the following

Simple design with picture of house or something related to property with the 'RCAA' lettering in it. Idea, the AA in our lettering could be 2 rooftops?

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No cartoon illustrations. Looking for something more modern.

Colors to use in the design

Navy blue and teal colors, not too bright. Black, navy blue with hints of teal.
