Describe your company and organization and target audience
I am starting my own fitness brand. It is boxing centered fitness training that includes among other things padwork, medicine ball slams, and dumbbell exercises. It is training based on boxing fundamentals, science and feedback from the client. It is also based on exercise fundamentals and reasoning. There is logic and "WHY" behind everything. Currently, due to the pandemic it is 1-1 sessions. The majority of the work will be 1-1. The session is dynamic warm up, pad work, weight lifting, core and stretching.
When i am able to get my space, it will not be a stereotypical boxing gym, but a place where health and fitness meet prize fighting. It's a place where people can be healthy and functional and maximize movement and functionality. It's the ideal and perfect scenario where fighters can train of all levels and aspirations and also service people who need help with their fitness, health, and rehab in a custom way.
It is a community where people can learn fight techniques just like professionals, but also a safe place where people can come to work out, lift, and rehabilitate their body. The goal is to inspire people to reach their fitness goals and potential with expert guidance rooted in fundamental boxing techniques, and other fighting arts, strength training, science, and competency.
