Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company deals with Real Estate investors. I broker to people who need private money to start or finish a construction job in real estate. I deal with clients who borrow tens of thousands to millions of dollars for their projects. I need a logo that will help potential clients see that my company is a professional organization.

The design should have the following

I like neutral or contrasting colors. I will entertain something that has bold colors. Colors aside, I want a logo that embodies the word, "Emptor".
