Describe your company and organization and target audience

Older men with money, wanting to purchase expensive European luxury cars. Want a logo that’s illustrated and similar to the attached image, but could be dripping like the illustration was wet with paint. This will be used in a garage / workshop where performance mods will be done on the cars to make them look better and faster so the logo can reflect that. Open to making it as you like. There is no set colours scheme or brand guide yet so be open. Please add text that can be used with the logo too.
