Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a vacation rental company with two locations in Central Oregon. We are on the edge of downtown Bend. We're also close to the Deschutes River. Our big selling point will be our proximity to downtown. Bend is a rural city. It's downtown is very eclectic, but it is not like a downtown of a major city. The tallest building in downtown is three stories. Any renderings of downtown need to show short buildings.

The design should have the following

We want the design to have the same size, shape and form as our existing logo for Bend Riverside Rentals (see attachments). We want it to look the same, except we want the art in the circle to be different and some different colors. We want the art in the circle to show a downtown scene, and possibly a park scene as well. We'd encourage grey and green to be part of the colors, since we are right next to a public park, and our building is grey. Please see the attached pictures. If you use any green, we'd like the same green used in our Bend Riverside logo. But don't use the red/maroon color. The Pioneer Park Condos are grey and the adjacent public park is very green.

It should say Pioneer Park Rentals just like the example says Bend Riverside Rentals, LLC. But don't add the LLC.
