We are a small family-owned French bistro with a very knowledgeable chef who has worked for over 25 years and had a restaurant in France, etc. They cater to everything being handmade and a great relationship with the customer. They offer salads, quiches, coffee, French pastries, and dinners to go. The target audience is, I would say, for the most part, a middle- to upper-class female audience who is trendy.
