Describe your company and organization and target audience

Paste & Paper is a handmade greeting card company which is in the process of expanding into other areas like art to hang on the wall (nothing too crazy). Currently, I make an original collage of mixed media materials, photograph that collage, print several copies of it out on my Canon Pixma Pro printer, and then add 1-5 "3d" embellishments on each print of the collage ... then, I put some paper as a backing on the print of the collage and attach it to a folded greeting card. THe insides of the cards are blank, and I'm treating them more like stationery than cards for specific occasions.

Really, I just want the words of the company ("paste & paper") as the logo OR, in the alternative, some cool abstract thing that I've never even thought of. Here is what you need to know: this logo will be used primarily for packaging of the cards and future items I produce in multiple ways: I want to generate a rubber stamp to stamp on the back of each card with the logo, I want the bags in which the cards/art are sold at artists markets to have the logo on them, and otherwise I want to use the logo as much as I can. Given my budget and my intent on creating a rubber stamp of this logo, however, I'm thinking it may need to be a single color - however, y'all are the experts.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

NOTHING that makes it look like I am some sort of d-list scrapbooker or pathetic crafty lady. I want to look like a cool, cutting edge artist, not a stay-at-home mom with a cricut machine and too much time on her hands.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Again, I think I need a single color here unless you tell me differently - WELL, i take that back, I could do the stamp in a single color and still ahve hte logo in multiple colors. Okay, colors i LIKE: persimmon, earthy teal, olive green, pale dusty rose, pale pink/peach, see "cajun shrimp" OPI nail color, mustard, and gray (I know these dont all go, but I like those colors.) Colors I DO NOT LIKE: the basic colors of the rainbow - particularly orange ... I like more muted versions of traditional colors. Nothing neon, nothing conventional in terms of color, nothing hot pink, etc. FINALLY NOTE THAT THE PHOTOS PROVIDED ARE PHOTOS OF THE CARDS I MAKE AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO INFLUENCE THE COLORS OF THE LOGO - I AM JUST SHOWING YOU THE PRODUCT THE LOGO WILL GO WITH.
