Large new restaurant concept American Tavern/Mexican Eclectic mix. 6000sqft, 20 beers on tap, 2 pool tables, juke box, late night DJ/dancing on weekends. During the day & early evenings regular restaurant and large bar as well. 

The design should have the following

Open minded on this one, the name is NORTE 175 because of the address and having a Spanish tapas touch to the menu. Cannot be all Tavern/American, can't be completely Spanish. it translates to 175 North or North 175. It's also on the water so can get creative. Something strong, bold, White/Black/Gold but open to everything. Purple/Blues/Reds. Inside a large brick building with brick walls modern industrial ceiling. We are also welcome to using SEDA as the name which translates to silk in Spanish and maybe adding 175 to it. This should be interesting and looking forward to something amazing from you!
