The Mountain Mindshift enables mountain athletes to harness the neurophysiological effects of awe and elevated sensory perception to know greater connection in their lives and relationships, and enhanced safety, connection and joy in the mountains. 

The target audience is people who are serious about the activities they perform in the mountains. Most are not professionals, but they do have goals and they train to be able to attain them. The activities they perform are alpinism, mountaineering, ice climbing, rock climbing, mountain running, ski-mo/long-distance skiing. Being active in the mountains is a fundamental part of their life and who they are.
