We are looking for a simple, modern, and minimalist logo that captures the spirit of Montview Flats, a beautiful new 50-unit affordable family apartment community located in the heart of downtown Littleton. The design should reflect community, stability, and opportunity, while also highlighting the property's unique connection to its surroundings. Because many apartments feature stunning Rocky Mountain views, we would love the logo to subtly incorporate mountain elements, horizon lines, or clean geometric shapes that suggest elevation, perspective, or “views” without becoming overly detailed or complex. The logo should communicate that Montview Flats is a safe, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed affordable housing community that residents are proud to call home.
